The Movement for Social Empowerment (MASS-Nepal) is a members-based, nongovernment organization established in 2006 by a group of  Dalit and non-Dalit youth. The organization is registered under the District Administration  Office in Salyan Nepal. 

The Mass-Nepal operates programs that reach a wide range of Nepali communities
